Contest Brief

I want to construct a house as per basic Vastu. Following are the requirements:
Ground Floor:
1. Minimum 10 Feet to be left from the front
2. Porch/ Parking
3. Verandah
4. Utility which includes Cloth Washing, Kitchen Washing and Cloth pressing/ ironing area. It must be about 180 to 200 sq. ft in size
5. Pooja Room around 50 sqft.
6.Drawing Room around 225 to 250 sqft.
7. Common Toilet - around 40 sq ft
8. Living cum Dining - 350 to 450 sqft.
9. Kitchen - approx 200 sqft
10. Store attached with Kitchen - around 80 sq ft
11. Common Bedroom with attached toilet and 3 Almirahs - around 140 -160 sq ft. toilet around 40 sq ft
12. Master Bedroom with attached toilet and Dressing - 180 to 200 sqft . 7 almirahs required, toilet size around 50 - 60 sqft.

First Floor
1. Master Bedroom with attached toilet and Dressing - 180 to 200 sqft . 7 almirahs required, toilet size around 50 - 60 sqft.
2. Bedroom with 5 almirahs along with attached toilet - 225 to 250 sqft including bathroom

please note that the wind flows from south west to north east.
My plot size is 40 ft. X 83 ft. I am hereby attaching the drawing of the same.
I need a detailed autocad drawing along with coloumn locations and furniture and sanitary positioning.
