Contest Brief

I am looking for a creative designer for our next pizza menu design, with the potential to continue providing a new design 4 times a year.

Please have a look at the previous design we have done to understand the layout we need and get an idea of our brand identity. The design you do will need to include all of the products within the menu, and the key is it must not look too busy!

There needs to be a master design, which have 2 versions. 1 version is halal and 1 version is non halal. The 2 versions will be exactly the same design however a couple of sentences will be changed in terms and conditions.

Once the final design is approved, using the master version, each of our stores (114 stores) will order their leaflet which you will then need to provide a proof for approval and a print ready file by applying their address, phone number, chosen offers and pricing to the master design.

I am offering £250 per menu design (which is a halal and non halal version) and a further £10 per store print ready file produced.

The brief for the menu design is as follows:
1- size is 280x280mm, folded once, double sided in full colour.

2- Logo must be in top left corner of the menu on the front cover.

3- the address and phone number section must be visible at all times when leaflet is open or closed

4- terms and conditions must be on the back cover at bottom of the page

5 - all the details within the attached file must be included in the design

6 - the theme of the menu is to be spring/summer with bright colours, use of graphics to involve for example, flowers, bee's/butterflys and anything that represents Spring or Summer time

7- the managers special offer to go in the section next to address and phone number is

a ) The Kentucky (use generic image to be changed later)
Strips of southern fried chicken on a cheese and tomato base with fresh tomatoes, onions and topped with a swirl of Garlic Sauce

9 - the back must have space for a minimum of 6 special offers and be clearly identified and easy to read.

The chosen winner is expected to work with us on the design to finish it, e.g. ensure correct images are in place when ready, terms and conditions updated, offers etc so that the working master version is completed.
By entering the competition, you are accepting that the handover will only be accepted on completion of the necessary changes.

Hi! If you have any possibility can you upload pictures of the current menu on a table(with the menu opened and closed), because right now only with the .pdf it gets pretty confusing how the things should fit. Thanks in advance and have a nice day :)
