I'm looking for a skilled graphic designer who can conceptualize and create a minimalist logo for my company, "America First’ (Ready Mix Inc.)The perfect candidate is adept in minimalist design and has a knack for symbol incorporation.

Key Project Elements:
- Color Scheme: The logo color should predominantly be Red.
- Brand Initials: It’s imperative to incorporate the company's initials "F." predominantly into the design or to emphasize the word First.
The name is America First. The field in which its operations is a ready mix cement so the logo is to stress out the “first” of the entire word or the letter F. To your creative thinking.
