Seeking a Talented Designer for a Modern Chalet Using Innovative Materials

**Description:** We are looking for a skilled designer to tackle an exciting chalet project with a total area of 60 sqm. This project demands a creative mind that can blend functionality with style, using modern and sustainable materials.

**Project Details:**
- **Total Area:** 60 square meters
- **Front Width:** 12 meters
- **Depth:** 5 meters, with an additional 5 meters for potential garden or open space utilization.
- **Construction Materials:** The chalet will be constructed using sandwich panels for excellent thermal and fire insulation. Interior walls may be finished with gypsum board to enhance aesthetic appeal.
- **Requirements:** The design must include two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, along with a living room and an open kitchen. The aim is to create a space that feels open and connected to the SEASIDE environment.

**Expectations:**
- Demonstrate expertise in using sandwich panels and gypsum board in design plans.
- Produce innovative and space-efficient designs that enhance the location’s panoramic views.
- Provide complete architectural plans and 3D renderings.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong previous experience in tiny house design or compact urban housing
- Excellent architectural software knowledge for 3D modeling
- Creative problem solver with a keen eye for modern, airy designs
- Knowledge of urban space restrictions and how to create efficient living spaces in smaller footprints.

I need:
1. Layout design ideas.
2. 3D design with furniture.
