The scope of work includes enhancing the aesthetic appeal of my house and increasing its functionality. Key areas include:

- New front of house. Balancing the house by coming out the side as well.
- Redesign floor plan
- Living Room: Require creative ideas to achieve an upgraded contemporary look. Combine the lounges maybe.
- Kitchen: Should exhibit a modern minimalist appeal with improved functionality. Combine dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom.
- Top floor: I'm interested in fresh design concepts that reflect modern minimalism.

i am having troubles connecting the stairs from ground level to first level, when i make the stairs with 20cm riser height and 24cm tread depth the stairs land in the bathrooms of the first floor

  Hello Moncef - The bathroom is very tight. I am happy to flip the stairs around or move them when i come to the build. It will not cost me that much money to knock a new set of stairs up.
