Contest Brief

I am searching for a logo for my web portal www.dubaipalmisland.net
I am not happy with the current logo.

Important notes:
1) The DUBAI text is too big, i would rather have all three worlds the same size. "DubaiPalmIsland".
2) .net must show in the logo as its a web portal.
3) The logo must be related to luxurious properties for sale on the famous Palm Island in Dubai.
4) I would like to have an icon as well, due to in the future having an app for it as well.
5) See the color combinations on the portal itself, that green is important.
