Contest Brief

Picture it: over 1,700 formerly incarcerated inmates being trained and supported each year to become contributing members of society. This is the non-profit organization that I need a logo for. There is not a name for the company yet. I'm looking for imagery exclusively. I want something hopeful, showing a promising future, but also showing that the people coming out of this program are skilled and talented. I would like the logo to be strong in black, and I would like a colored option in the yellow/orange spectrum.
