Contest Brief

I want a very SIMPLE, MODERN logo for a startup real estate company. I want it to have a solid blue blackground with POWERHOUSE REALTY in all caps (white or silver lettering). I'd like to see what it would look like with an American flag incorporated into it somehow, but that is just an option and not 100% necessary. I will leave that up to you on how to incorporate it. I do not want a house of any kind to be incorporated within the logo
