Contest Brief

Air conditioning business in Brisbane - service, maintenance, sales and installation. I would like an A5 flyer designed for printing that our tradesmen can deliver to nearby properties when they are at a job, just advertising what we do and that we work in the area.
I have attached a similar concept from a painting company that I received. On the front i would like our logo and contact details, socials etc, as well as a picture that shows air conditioning and on the back have our accreditations / licences (qbcc, arctick, 5 year workmanship warranty) and maybe some reviews / testimonials (rather than alot of text about us as the example ive sent has) and another image.
