Contest Brief

I am seeking a proficient C# developer to create a WebSocket server deployed to Azure. This server should be customized specifically for real-time data exchange of medium-sized 1KB to 1MB packets.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in C# and WebSocket programming
- Experience deploying apps to Azure
- Knowledgeable in managing data packet sizes

The server doesn't have to cater to many clients at once, but should be capable of handling a limited number of concurrent clients without impacting performance. This balance between client count and performance needs to be carefully considered during development.

I not only want this hello world websocket server on Azure but I also want you to record your steps so that I can copy those steps myself and see that a websocket client can send something to the websocket server and get back something from it. After you have shown your recorded azure deployment and your Azure configuration.., If you miss recording steps then we will have to have you fix the recording before I pay. The recorded steps is equally important to the successfully created and working code.
