I will be creating a quarterly real estate magazine, and I need two different magazine covers. Both magazine covers will be 8.5 x1. One magazine cover will be based on selling a home, and the other magazine cover will be based on buying a home.

Some of the topics covered this quarter in Millennium Home Buyer's Guide, which should be used on the cover are: Ready to make an offer? 4 Tips for Success, 2 myths that may be holding you back from buying, Why buying a home is cheaper than renting. Why you may only need 6% down.

The topics that will be required for the Millennium Home Selling Guide are: How to get the most money from the sale of your home, The real reason home prices are increasing, Why your home must be sold twice, Lack of listings slowing down the market, Where are interest rates headed.

The city the Realtor represents is Jacksonville, FL (some designers used a skyline in their design). The name to use would be Millennium Home Selling Guide and Millennium Home Buying Guild. There is no need for a logo on this design. Please let me know what other questions that you have.
