Contest Brief

Looking to redesign out logo.
Would like something that can be used inside a bubble or as a rectangular/squared watermark. I've attached what we have so far and a logo on a sweater that we like the style of. I like straight lines, simplicity.

Looking for something WOW. Can be image/text.

Logo has to say "RealEstating®.Co" and can have BUY SELL INVEST.
