Something within 10 pages or less about a story and character like THE CROW or JOKER that can be shot in Tampa Florida on an ultra low budget with just a few characters using the Canon C300 Mark 3 camera. Credit and copy of film given to winner. If interested send logline and short outline of general idea. Thanks
