Contest Brief

I'm forming an informal social club in the boom-town of Nashville, TN. It is called Nashville Carpetbaggers Club (NCC). The group will be comprised of people who moved from different cities to Nashville. Carpetbagger is a formerly looked down upon term given by Southerners to Northerners who moved from the North to the South after the civil war to seek economic gain. The terms comes from the carpet bag that these migrant people often brought with them when they moved from the North to the south. Our little band of friends will be re-purposing the term to put a positive spin on it and embrace the "melting pot" of people from the north, south, east and west. To commemorate our get togethers I want to I want to make up t-shirts for my friends who join in the fun. The T-shirt should have a logo on the front left breast and a mural of sorts on the back. I'm open to ideas, but in general I like it simple and dont necessarily want to have it explicitly say "Nashville Carpetbaggers Club" - instead deferring to a bit more mystery. For instance it could be as simple as a stylized NCC on the front and a cool picture of a carpet bag on the back. The group of friends will include both men and women from all over the country.
