Contest Brief
I need a logo with logo mark for my brokerage. I want a logo that says Tier One. Can be all caps, or first letter caps, or some combination. I DO NOT WANT A HOUSE AS PART OF THE LOGO. Please look at the examples I uploaded to get a good idea on format. But I want you to focus on the ONE being unique but I DO NOT want something too modern but I do not want stuffy either. Nothing cartoon like. I want a creative, dynamic logo that also exudes professionalism.
Need to include illustrator files.

You have already rated my design 3star yesterday. Today I have submitted couple of more designs. I have designed something like your uploaded files. But not coppied. The One is highlighted. And fonts are recognizable, not so modern & simple logo. I'm really hopefull that you'll choose my design as your logo. The entrirs are #289 , #290 , #291 . If you need any changes like colours or anything tell me please. Don’t worry about illustrator files. I will give you all kind of files like Eps, Ai, Pdf, Png whatever you want. Thank you

My business partner wants to focus on Tier One Realtors to be more plain and simple. But a separate logomark that is the word ONE. Look at uploads as inspiration but not a 100% copy. Be creative but not too crazy with the logomark. Not too modern. Thanks
