Contest Brief

Seeking for a designer/tester/developer to review my website www.jobarter.com, and provide detailed and concrete feedback to improve the UI/UX design & flow and user experience.
I only would like feedback from your user UI/UX experience using and navigating in the platform. I do NOT want feedback on Home Page, How it Works, Sign in, Sign Up, and Footer (We will change them later).
Please provide your detailed feedback about your specific and concrete recommendations on what you think should be done to improve the user experience in platform for UI/UX when you actually are using it yourself as a user. I will award the winner to the person that can provide the most useful feedback about their user & design experience.
