Contest Brief

As an architectural designer, I'm looking for someone who can take the front elevation of a bungalow and attached garage and give a rendering in UK contemporary style, while keeping the current roof structure intact.

Primary Objective:
- Create a stylish, modern rendering with a UK contemporary flare - leaving the roof as-is but cleaned up.

Second-tier Objectives:
- Incorporating elements of plaster, timber shadow-gap panels, and stone panels would be a great addition, although they're not essential elements.

Final Deliverable:
- You'll need to deliver a photo-realistic render, which will give the most accurate representation of your design.

This project is best suited for those who:
- Have experience in creating photo-realistic architectural renderings.
- Have a strong understanding of architectural styles, specifically UK contemporary.
- Can incorporate desired elements into the design thoughtfully and aesthetically.
