Contest Brief

I'd like a logo updated. The company name is Tip Top Canvas & Upholstery

Some guidelines are for submissions are:
keep the logo minimalist
you can modify the boat logo but must still be a yacht
incorporate the year (1980) into the boat
Use the entire company name
Use same or similar colors

Some Ideas:
Incorporate stitching into the design
Can stay circular or use another shape (like a boat)
use negative space for contrast

Will be used for screen printing shirts so keep colors simple
