Building an web application, in which user can logged in and appear for a Multiple Choice Question Exam.

Required:
-Question(text/image/code)
-Answer(radio-text)
-Sections(eg. Section A, Section B, etc.)
-Buttons(next, previous, submit, etc.)
-Question number navigator
-Web cam(proctoring)
-Time left.

1. Share a JPG/PNG design of page
2. Once confirmed share the HTML for it.
Will required only html design (include html/css/javascript) for this page.
