Contest Brief

Please design an outreach poster to promote the safe, responsible use of the Tongue River Water Trail in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

Theme: Old West Wanted poster featuring images of a water beast like the Loch Ness Monster
Text: Sharlie, the legendary twilight dragon of Payette Lake, has expanded her range into Wyoming. She has recently been spotted at several spots along the Tongue River Water Trail. Warning: All paddlers are advised to use great caution when approaching the following area where Sharlie is believed to be hiding out.

Please include images of the following:
1) Trees and Logjams in the stream.
2) Barbed Wire or Electric Fence across a stream.
3) Bridge Pilings from a small bridge
4) Pass-Through Culverts
5) Riprap - May be stone, metal, or vehicular
6) Natural Drop Structure

The Sheridan Community Land Trust encourages everyone to responsibly enjoy our great water resources. Responsible use includes: Wearing a Lifejacket, Wear a Hat or Helmet, Carry Throw Bags And Other Rescue Gear, Always Dress For The Unexpected Flip, Wear Proper Footwear, Bring Sunscreen, Drinking Water & Snacks, Avoid Alcohol Consumption, and File A Float Plan.
