We need a name for our company!

Contest Brief

We require a name for our start-up company which will be a consultancy to the real estate industry, specifically to property developers who wish to launch their projects for sale.

We would like the company to be positioned as a forward thinking, innovative and trendsetting company that delivers world class solutions to property developers in a strategic, systematic and professional manner. (The real estate industry is pretty conventional, traditional and to a large extent unprofessional, hence we would like to be seen as being fresh and bespoke whilst brining a solid track record to the table with high levels of intellect and integrity).

Important Notes:

1. The company name must consist of 1 word only.

2. We are not real estate brokers, so we do not want a traditional brokerage/estate agency type of name.

3. The huge majority of words that we have received are 'coined' words which have been made up by joining elements of a real estate linked word with another, for example "REALSOL" (real estate solutions) or "STRATREAL" (strategic real estate). Whilst the thought is perhaps that we would prefer these type of words, we don't actually as they lead to words that don't sound good and don't roll off the tongue very well.

4. To clarify, we are more than happy too receive words that are associative or abstract. For example an associative word could be 'stratos' which means strategy in Ancient Greek or 'spire' which is the top of a skyscraper, and an abstract word could be 'verto' which is a purely made up word and means nothing.

5. We look forward to receiving more associative and abstract words.

Do you not need a name with .com availability? I was under the impression that is what you were looking for... but a lot of your top-rated entries do not have online identity available, so I was curious.

''The real estate industry is pretty conventional, traditional and to a large extent unprofessional'' That's so universally true - all of that sentence ( coming from a real estate agent from Romania) :))

I'm assuming you need a name which can be easily used for a domain. If yes, do you need a .com, or are you fine with any other extension?
