Contest Brief

We need the attached model given a 3D look and feel. We want to keep the colours the same. The origins are a captains wheel and the essence of this needs to remain but we want it to be more dynamic, have more depth to it, at the moment it is too flat.
The centre has some 3D imagery to it but we want the whole thing to have this. The image has to remain flat but look 3D. It cannot tilt as this could potentially make one side appear more important than the other.
