I need the files in PSD!

I'm looking for a design that can be converted in a totally SEO-FRIENDLY design for a web hosting company. Which MUST involve:

- &amp;amp;lt;H1,H2,H3&amp;amp;gt; structure
- Responsive webdesign (need templates for differents plataforms)
- Fast-loading website
- Breadcrumbs
- Twitter/Facebook/Google+ icons

Notes:
- I need an original design based on my references.. DONT SEND ME EXISTING TEMPLATES!!
- Please don't send me that default hosting websites with servers pictures...
- The logo can be used with or without effects (I'm uploading both versions). You can try different colors or the current colors of our website.
- I need the files in PSD

http://o2internet.com.br/ - I like the &amp;amp;quot;web 2.0&amp;amp;quot; idea in this site... The grey/black is nice used also.. Menus are text-css based. Design is clean, nice. Also like the footer of this page.

http://o2internet.com.br/index.php?q=id-protect - I like the clean icons made by them.. Not copy from other websites

http://www.hostnet.com.br/ - I like the main highlight of the site using image and text. The texts are fully seo-friendly. They also use breadcrumb. The design itself doesn't attracted me so much.

http://www.luccaco.com/ - I like the design and also the fact of it's totally responsive. As you change the window size, the website changes it's design automatically.

http://www.starhost.com.br - This is our current design. You can use the same wireframe or something similar... Need template for the main page, and also for plans page (http://www.starhost.com.br/planos/linux), text default page (http://www.starhost.com.br/empresa/sobre-starhost), contact page (http://www.starhost.com.br/contato), form subscription page (http://www.starhost.com.br/assinar-hospedagem)...

Hi, because this is a design contest area" which not involve coding", i would like to know if this project is purely a design contest (Layered PSD) without coding part( which can be made separately on freelancer in the webdesign biding area).
