Contest Brief

I have a wordpress landing page at http://assuredlending.com.au/landing2/ . I need the speed for both mobile and desktop dramatically improved. Page is targeted to location of Sydney, Australia.
When I check page speed on Google Page Speed Insights, results vary dramatically sometimes I get Mobile 61/100 & Desktop 71/100 and then 10 minutes later I do another test and get mobile 32/100 and desktop 44/100. I need someone who can tell me why it varies so much and can fix
