  I tried to collect all problem statement and mapped to one solution. please create videos around these concepts.
  
  Problem statement :
  "Owner who is looking for interest free money without selling the property"
  "Owner who is tired of renting or did not get any tenants for rent"
  "Owner who could not pay his house loan dues and looking for money"
  "Owner who is looking for clients for lease but not able to find"
  "Owner who does not have time to find clients for Leasing"
  
  Property can be Villa, Individual House, Flat or penthouse of any BHK.
  
  Solution is "Leasing of house" via Leasenow.in
