The design needs to cover an area of 50000-15000 square feet and needs to be completed within 3 months. I am looking for an experienced, reliable person who has experience with designing wood frame wall designs. It is a priority that the work be completed on time and with quality results. Required- Must be able to interpret structural and architectureal multi family wood frame construction apartments and condo buildings. Need to create wall shop drawings as well as generate component lists and bill of materials for prefab walls.
