Data should be saved in internal memory with a time stamp. It should not interfere with ongoing system processes, should save and time-stamp when bottom-right "OK" button is pressed, and should be powered by a 3.6v lithium-ion battery (which will be continuously charged by the system. The data being logged will be different from the what the current module logs. The UBlox module logs carrier phase data which can be used in post processing.
