Based on the ID numbers the according data is being fetched. So for each ID this sheet 3 columns of data is changing. File 2: general template where you have one excel sheet where this data for each ID should be pasted and the excel file should be saved as the ID name. So copy three columns for each ID from file 1 to this template excel file, every time on a fixed position. Save the excel file and repeat again the process till the last ID in this case 40 ID's.
