The first is a copy function, the second is a minor update date function, and the third and most important is a function that looks at sheet B and compares row A in sheet A and B, if the value is contained in sheet B but not Sheet A then it looks at column H in sheet B and if column H is "Not Active Yet" or "Recurring" then it will append that value in sheet A on the last field thats empty.
