Up to now phpProbid allows users to create listings in 2 sections: auction and/or store or both. I would like my users to be able to create their own store categories just like on ebay. Although the site has it's own categories, the stores are able to create categories which belong only to them.

I need an experienced php programmer (experience with phpprobid will be a big plus) to move my mods over from my old site to the new upgraded version site. (both on the same server). Some of the mods i have instructions for installation of them, and others you would have to go into the code of the original version and figure out on your own how to install the mods. We currently have 2 websites, one is an auction website using php pro bid and the other is a community website using mambo/communty builder rc2. We would simply like a way where if someone signs up to the PHPprobid website they automatically have an account on the mambowebsite and vice versa - syncronise the user tables for both websites. The tables are in the sames database but have different naming infornt eg. auction_users and mambo_users There is obviously the issue where on both websites users are required to confirm the email address etc. Its ok if this is done only once for both websites. I would like to be able to login to phpProbid within an "" window so that I can give my affiliates an iframe code that they can place in their website and have their users shop my auction site without having to leave the site they are currently browsing. They would have to be able to stay within the "" window at all times. Also, the script seems to have a bug that I would like fixed: When a user includes more than one picture in their auctions and they relist that auction, the gallery pictures double for some reason. Hi, I just purchased phpprobid auction software. I have an auction site running that uses (xl version). It currently has 922 members. I need the members transfered over to the new auction site. The tables are different. Don't care about the auctions running. Just the members info. The biggest thing is that both sites us MD5 encryption BUT the encryption variable is different. For example on I created user: webmaster pass: 123456 On I created User: coderx Pass: 123456 The password encryption in the database are different. Can the database be migrated and make the password work right? I don't want the members to have to rejoin the site. Thanks Tom

When people sign in from my new index page with their email address (or after they register), bring them to the index page that will show only listings from other users with the same email extension. This means that each time a user posts an item for sale, it has to be marked that it is from a user from a certain email extension. This is basically a system that will recognize that users are from a certain email address, and then direct them to the index page that will only show them items listed by other people with their email extension.
