I have a shared module written in VB6 dll. The functions basically accept parameters which it receives in the function and then passes the values on to a webservice using a standard web connection. Need a simple but robust Powershell script written. The script needs to run every few minutes and copy a subdirectory full of different files from one location on a network drive to another. If any file is still being copied and/or edited (example: doc document still being opened with MS Word), ignore the entire directory and output a log file with the same name to the source directory. Then retry again after pre-set period of time. This code needs to have logic for error handling and/or recovery if anything goes wrong.
