The moderator will be responsible for finding 5 people and hosting 1 meeting in group with these people at zoom (or any other software) and recording it (only audio). You should read the items of each file and ask the participants some questions regarding that. The file has few items, so the meeting should take from 15 - 30 minutes, depending on the participants.
