Hi Kelvin, as discussed, adding a page in Screenly OSE, with the buttons and text box as described in the project post.
We are looking for skillful developer to extend the Open Source version of Screenly software for Raspberry Pi from single station to: 1. Multiple screens central control dashboard. 2. Audio Control on the different stations - video/slideshow running, but audio choice to be on or off 3. Different user to access the control dashboard and having different user rights for the different stations - just to stop/start or to upload/delete/edit the media flow Looking forward all great developers to join with their bids.
... and instead to show the video slowly, http:///STANDALONE-MONITOR/ embedded into the browser, you have to say to OMXPLAYER to show it direclty outside the browser. so the slides go in pausa and the video is showed and at the end of the video, OMXPLAYER go to a next video or will disappear to show the browser and its slides. It could works in similar way to Youtube-dl, SAPO and Screenly, they are all using Python to control the time to show and play the videos trough OMXPLAYER: (using UZBL browser too) (using UZBL browser too) + The videos are mp4/h264 and they can be downloaded at the first play and then cached, or better stored into the sd card of the raspberry

Hi! I have this open-source script (that allows me to control JUST ONE TV) and I want to make it control MULTIPLE screens from just one dashboard AND separete the displays by groups. In this open-source version, as we can control JUST ONE scree. There is no SCREENS and CONTENT (Assets) tabs because it only shows the Assets tab. So we need to create ...create it. My idea is to control screens in multiple cities and locations thru one single dashboard. I can create groups for the cities and subgroups for the venues categories (e.g. bars, gym, etc.). This way I can easily publish the right content to the right city and right venue category. Description: GitHub project:
