Resolve current issue with archiving emails from Outlook to Suite CRM using the Outlook Plugin. Archiving emails is not working consistently, some people are able to archive emails and others are not. Server hosting CRM was updated recently, company hosting website Digital Pacific have advised that MX records are not pointing to Outlook, others have suggested it may be a DNS cache issue. Emails are working from Suite to Outlook i.e. when assigning a client to a staff member, an Outlook notification email is received, so issue only appears to be issue from Outlook into Suite. Looking at getting this resolved urgently. Looking for someone who may also provide ongoing support on as needed.

Small business with 5 users a BT business internet connection, cisco 4300 router, draytek router. Connecting to the wifi or wired network internet often throws up DNS errors and patchy connection.
