Like any helpdesk software my customers use the help desk to create requests for help for varying tasks. The job: I would like for someone to create a zendesk widget so that myself or any of my staff can track our hours related to working on a ticket and submit those hours over to a Freshbooks client or possibly even directly to a FB client's project.
