Very friendly, senior to senior advice about how simple changes in movements can prevent a lot of the pain they cause themselves. The illustrations will be for each routine daily activity, the wrong way and the right way. Should have a distinctive "look" that's friendly, maybe even cute, but still comes across as advice to fix the serious problem of pain.
