We have a C++ program that reads PDFs, extract each line and read the letters (total 36 letters in Albanian). we want to have specific count for each letter, so for example, 100 'A', 90 'B', 45 'C' etc. We then want to keep only sentences which result in the closest number of letters which is defined. See screenshot attached to understand the logic. We have an algorithm but it's not working properly. We need someone to help us get the best result with 90%-95% deviation. This is a small project.

I need 1. Numerical solution of a system of non-linear coupled partial differential equations by two methods. 2. Visual representation of the numerical results against various parameters. (Parameter’s detail are given in project file) 3. The detailed MATLAB code of both methods. 4. Detail report of both methods. 5. The comparison of the numerical solutions obtained from the two different numerical schemes. 6. The method reports must be such that one can easily understand the method and help to understand the code in MATLAB. 7. Comment each line of code in detail

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE FULL CHALLENGE BRIEF THAT CONTAINS ALL THE CHALLENGE AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND RULES () FAQ: WEBINAR RECORDING: Improve the modeling of flow hydraulics and sediment transport by creating a fast, stable, parallel linear equation solver for computational fluid dynamics (CFD) models. Last updated: Sep. 21, 2021 Updates made:  - Allowed the use of external libraries with permissive open-source licenses. The solver must be written in Fortran but you may use external open-source libraries. If an external open-source library is used, the libraries must have a permissive open-source license and you must be able to provide the source code package that is recompilable into a library. - Changed the phase 1 and phase 2 prize breakdowns.
