We need a Qgis expert that can create an Earth size like map for a new fantasy world. The map needs to have the same size as Earth but a different geography that we will provide. Ten continents total, we will provide a very simple hand draw mock up of what we need. We are looking to create a new world (basemap, not layer) that will be browseable just like Earth on Google Maps, with a max zoom of 12x. I require specific attributes to be extracted from the DWG files and a moderate level of detail in the output PostGIS data.
