Each pair will engage in 4 sessions (minimum 35 minutes each) covering topics such as Banking, Telecom, Insurance, Hospital, Travel, and Retail. Participants will alternate roles between customer and customer service agent during the sessions, ensuring each person acts as the agent at least once. The total recording duration is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.
