Budget $3000-5000 USD
we have a Fanuc robot that sprays a resin/gypsum mixture with chopped fiberglass strands on to the back of vacuum formed acrylic bathtubs. The resin mixture strengthens the bathtub. The work requires someone to instruct the robot as to the pathways it must take to spray the mixture onto the tub. There are numerous different models that need to be programmed. If interested, I can send a video that shows the entire process working.
