Desktop Based eCard Software

I'm looking for someone to develop me unique software the software will be ecard based. The software should run via a setup file and be installed on the users pc. Once the user has downloaded and installed our software they will then be able to print and make cards. The ecards can be printed onto card from a user's pc or sent via email or uploaded to social networks. The application has to allow the user to customize the card a lot like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] however ours is stricly desktop based. We would also like the ability to import photos into the images a lot like [[login to view URL]][1] I would like to see users portfolios and also ideas on how we can make this application stand out, please send me a dead line along with your price when you comment on this listing.
