Hi, for connection refused error in web service, I can guess, it may be because of credentials issues or because of below issues- 1: the web service is not running, 2: some permission related issue,there's a recent changes in group policy which restrict the user credential you are using for accessing the web service. 3: if you want to look deep into the problem, better to check what your server is saying instead of checking what error you are getting in your application. I can look into the problem. Thanks.
