ASP.NET C# developer required

Hello Need an asp.net developer for programming to be done in C#. Project details are scattered something like this: 1. developer a front end where users can buy one of 3 packages. 2. doing paypal stuff (can help in this) 3. doing some back-end admin work. The projects database is all setup for the back-end, need to make few changes to add admin and customer tables. This is a part of a bigger project. Details will be cleared later. will pay according to discussion and payments will go through freelancer so its safe for both of us. I and my friend are doing the project but due to lack of my time, I can't give much effort on it now. I will guide you the parts to be done and when completed I will integrated to the project. All work should not cost more than £200 (POUNDS, not dollars) Only serious people please.
