ASP:net Store

I want a site with back end on ASP.NET server. The customer should be able to register make a shopping list (Items need to be called throug database through categories or according to shopping stores) Then they could be able to order the shopping list (buy our service to deliever the goods to home) shopping cart implementation with delievery charges and discounts A sound back office is required to process the orders admins should be able to print lists according to stores customers etc automatically send email status of orders Knowledge of german language is a plus but not neccessary Whole thing is to be implemented in asp.net. three Roles Registered users, Administrators and Guests (MVC could be used) payments will be done in 10% of total amount as the project forwards to completion. more details will be provided later
