First we have know the requirements,and then we have analys the concept going tho use,for the page it must be responsive ,which works in all the devices as per screen resolution of the device for that we have use html css or else we can use bootstrap, for the coding part it could be three tire architecture and the back end is mssql server,before we start we have design a table according to the requirement
