Hi All, I am looking for a CRM application. i will need features same as that of zoho crm , no problem if your application has same features as that of zoho but presented by some different way. i am not asking all the features cause i know there are some costly features like call using skype and few more. but your bid should consist of following things. 1) You must have already developed CRM application. it should be in asp . net using c#. 2) will need it with source code. 3) those who can show me a demo version would be preferred. 4) in your bid suggest what features you have out of standard CRM system and complete costing for what features you have. This is a potential inquiry for one of our clients.

We have experience with CRM and have developed CRM features as part of our ERP Software - FinancialWorld(Tm) ERP Software (Product Information attached). Basic Standard CRM features would typically include Management of Customers, Management of Sales Leads, Automation of Calls, Integrated Calendar, Tracking and Management of Tasks in Progress, Tracking and Management of Marketing Data, Perhaps integration with Ms Office and Outlook, etc. We propose to review the ZOHO application and model a new CRM application on C# for you based on that in a period not exceeding 60 days from the date of acceptance of our bid.
