I need someone to create me a [login to view URL] file, as ASP.Net/IIS7 isn't my cup of tea. Should probably take just few lines to make it work.
Please note: No changes in the IIS7 admin console are allowed, all changes must be done in the [login to view URL] file.
I need:
1. The default document to be index.41q (not [login to view URL]).
2. The server to execute .41q files (including index.41q) as ASP/VBScript files.
I've been told the following (after submitting a support ticket to the hosting company):

Unfortunately because this is a shared server, we will not be able to
add a mime type for 41q to execute as ASP files. However, there is
another way that you can use the .41q extension with your files, it
involves using the URL rewrite function inside of IIS. This will still
cause your ASP files to to be have .asp extensions, but the URL will be
rewritten by this module for the .41q extension.
Due to the integration that is required in your sites code and the
[login to view URL] file, we would be unable to assist you with creating the
rules for this application. However there is plenty of information
available online and through the IIS forums to get you started. I
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Unfortunately, I've not yet managed to figure out how to do it - which probably has to do with my limited experience in IIS7/.Net development.
Please note: The site is running classic ASP/VBScript. Server is IIS7.
I will provide you with a test URL (where I will upload your [login to view URL] file). Don't need this to work on the first try, but no funds will be released until the requirements above are met.
