Hello, I am very much interested to do this work as i have strong knowledge in asp.net as well as ms sql server related works. I understand your requirements and i think i can do these efficiently. The bid amount i have placed is for all the tasks. The cost for without #4 would be $110. i think your requirements will not be fulfilled without the database part! Because the links for different users is not possible without database and most important i think this system should have an another page to use by you/admin to generate the unique links/url for different user. The reason why I believe I am a strong candidate for this project is I have over 6 years in building, maintaining, and upgrading websites. With my skill sets in ASP.Net and database interaction I know I can get this project completed to your satisfaction. The way I understand this is a numbers of operations. The user clicks the link which navigates them to the intended site with the form. The form must associate with the unique identifier found withing the database and populate their name to the form. The user then fills out the remaining fields and submits the form. The capitalization shouldn't be too difficult to do if I am understanding what you are getting at on some words needs to be capitalized. If this is merely the first word then that is not a problem and will not increase my bid, but if the requirements start to be a bit more complex on what you want I will do my best to accommodate. Even though it's not mentioned here and seems like a no brainier, but I would like to add the entry of empty forms cannot be submitted. I have done this in the past to verify what the user has entered before submission otherwise they will receive a friendly error. #6 will be an additional cost and will add some time to do as I don't know who you are using for your email client. Because it may need to be configured properly before I can begin coding. I hope you consider me for this project. Thank you. Chris
