C# .NET 3.5 / Silverlight - EXPERTS ONLY

We have a sizable application that was built in C# ASP.NET 1.1. It's relatively advanced with modules that can be rearranged, skins & themes, advanced data grids, etc. We're looking to convert it to ASP.NET 3.5 and/or Potentially Silverlight and are looking for a serious consultation. There's a high probability we will need to restructure the application and we want EXPERTS ONLY! Ideally, someone who has Architecture and Engineering Experience who may also help us restructure large parts of the application framework or help us rebuild it after our conversion for maximum performance. The budget below is only for the consultation! If we decide that we want to move forward, we will need some specifications drawn up and estimates will need to be made to price on time the project accordingly. A plan will be put together and a contract will be signed with bonuses and benefits if the developer/team meets the requirements we set.
