Create asp functionality

I have single classic asp page that executes 3 queries

query 1 returns; User1

-firstname1

-languageCode1

-CDONTS mail message; sent message in user his language (languagecode1)

query 2 returns: User 2

For each query I want to read the same xml file and use xpath to generate

the cdonts mail message and sent a mail in the language of each user.

Correction in the text:
For each query I want to read the same xml file and use xpath and getstring to get the
correct value to generate content to sent to each user in the user his language.
THe language for each user comes from LanguageCode.

This task should be delivered within 48 hours.
